QUALIFICATIONS
**The Miss Teen Promise program open to
all female Arkansans age 6 to 25
regardless of race, religion and/or
economic status.The entry category is
based on participant’s age as of
August 18
**Female youth between the age of 4 and 18
must be and always have been female,
never married or pregnant.
**Each participant must commit to full
participation in all phases of the
program.Failure to do so will result
in automatic disqualification.
**NO EXPERIENCE required to participate.

* Completed application
* One page biographical description
* 4x6 or 5x7 picture(head/face view only)
* Copy of birth certificate
* Copy of last report card /official transcript
* $25 Application processing fee
