Ms. Parker, Mia was chosen as one of 15 children to represent Arkansas in the LEAD & SEED drug and alcohol prevention program. She's chosen to run for president so she's writing an essay this week on why she should be chosen as president. I've never seen her so happy and motivated. I truly believe you and Miss Teen Promise, Inc. started this strong woman process. I look forward to updating you in the near future. "Proud Mom" Sharon Hart-Parker

| Hello, Ms. Parker I just wanted to let you know this past Friday, I was in the 2012 MISS ARKANSAS ZETA PAGEANT. I was crowned and will go on to compete on the regional level. Just wanted you to now, I still use everything you taught me and it has brought me a long way. Your teachings helped mold me into the person I am today. I learned then that size didn't matter; and, I'm a living witness to the fact. So I really wanted to tell you THANK YOU. LOVE Anastasia,Miss Seark Jr. Teen Promise 2004 & 2012 MISS ARKANSAS ZETA.

Dear Ms. Evangeline, Thank you for your constant love and support. Due to the Teen Promise Preparatory program, I was able to use my poise, communication skills and confidence to become the 2007 Secretary of State of Arkansas Girls State. I am so excited to be sitting in my huge office right now with my two appointees. This is an amazing opportunity and it wouldn't have been possible without your spiritual and financial support.
Secretary of State, Quersten McDonald

During the program, my family and I moved to Missouri, but I still drove back every other weekend for the workshops. I hope more girls get involved in the Teen Promise program. It is GREAT!" -Wilson, Participant 1999
