The non-refundable sponsorship fee of $100 is due by August 1.

Each participant MUST HAVE AT LEAST (1) MAJOR SPONSOR

The major sponsor will be recognized at all Teen Promise programs, in the official program book and during the videotaped for #MTP TV program.

**If you need assistance in paying your sponsorship fee, apply for a Sponsorship Scholarship or a Sister-Friend Scholarship.

~ A copy of your birth certificate

~ A copy of your last report card / official transcript;

~ $25 application processing fee (Scroll to bottom of page to pay fees);

~ If you need help paying your sponsorship fee, submit a "Request for a Sponsor Scholarship" form.
